When it comes to piercings, we have everything and anything you would ever need. Our professional staff will take good care of you and give you exactly what you're looking for. It's your look. Body Piercing Aftercare

Length of time to heal:

  • Nose: 4-6 weeks
  • Nipples/Hood/Christina/Labia: 6-8 weeks
  • Navel: 6-8 weeks
  • Cartilage/Industrial: 6-8 weeks
  • Eyebrow/Tragus/Rook: 4-6 weeks
  • Cheek/Lip/Monroe/Medusa/Labret: 4-6weeks
  • Tongue: 2-4 weeks
  • Ear: 4-6 weeks
  • Septum: 4-6 weeks
  • Microdermal/Surface: 6-8 weeks

For all piercings we highly recommend H2Ocean, if you choose not to purchase the H2Ocean you can mix your own sea salt solution. Mix 1/4 teaspoon non-iodized sea salt per 8 oz of purified water. Make sure to thoroughly wash the area around the piercing at least 3-4 times day using unscented anti-bacterial soap following with H2Ocean. Make sure to NEVER use Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Saline Solution, or Neosporin! This prolongs the healing process.

For tongue and lip piercings, use alcohol-free mouthwash after eating or drinking anything that's not ice or water, or at least 3-4 times a day. To reduce any swelling , eat lots of ice!! As far as the food you eat goes, softer foods are going to be easier but you can eat anything just be sure to take small bites and chew slowly at first.

For swelling on all other piercings use an ice pack and take ibuprofen as directed. If for some reason you lose a ball or the jewelry comes out, come up to the shop and we can help you get the jewelry back in. Some piercings heal quickly when the jewelry is in, so try to come as soon as it falls out if possible. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 770-271-7566.

Who isn't nervous when they get in the piercing chair? I know I sure was when I got my first lip piercing. My mom took me on my 18th birthday. I guess you could say it was a milestone for me in my life. Sometimes there's a reason for the pain therapy. Whether it be a milestone, or you're simply decorating something on yourself that you haven't been too fond of.

When you leave our shop, my goal is to give you that boost of confidence that keeps a pep in your step for days to come. And it's always awesome to see guests returning for more additions to their collections! It's more than a piercing, it's an experience.

Hello there, my name is Matt and it is my pleasure to pierce you! I have been with Killer Ink for over 5 years now and it is truly my home away from home. Before i started my career as a piercer I worked at many different resturants but wasn't satisfied until I started piercing.

My hobbies outside of work include collecting firearms, playing video games and taking care of my pet python! I also enjoy many different forms of art including painting, illustration and taking old scrap things and turning them into something amazing.

Hey, my name is Lilly and I am a piercer with Killer Ink! I am a creative soul who loves her job. I am originally born in Lancing, Michigan but moved down to Georgia in 2008. Art is my life. I have been involved with anything artistic since I could hold a pencil. I happened upon Killer Ink after being so tired of repetitive mundane jobs and was looking to be in a job involving art and creativity and they delivered!

I love meeting new people every day and getting to see the smile on their face when I help them decorate their bodies!  When I’m not at work, I am practicing my drawing and hanging out with my 30 lb cat Lance who keeps me company. I enjoy coming in and being a part of the Killer Ink family.
