For all piercings we highly recommend H2Ocean, if you choose not to purchase the H2Ocean you can mix your own sea salt solution. Mix 1/4 teaspoon non-iodized sea salt per 8 oz of purified water. Make sure to thoroughly wash the area around the piercing at least 3-4 times day using unscented anti-bacterial soap following with H2Ocean. Make sure to NEVER use Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Saline Solution, or Neosporin! This prolongs the healing process.
For tongue and lip piercings, use alcohol-free mouthwash after eating or drinking anything that's not ice or water, or at least 3-4 times a day. To reduce any swelling , eat lots of ice!! As far as the food you eat goes, softer foods are going to be easier but you can eat anything just be sure to take small bites and chew slowly at first.
For swelling on all other piercings use an ice pack and take ibuprofen as directed. If for some reason you lose a ball or the jewelry comes out, come up to the shop and we can help you get the jewelry back in. Some piercings heal quickly when the jewelry is in, so try to come as soon as it falls out if possible. If you have any questions feel free to call us at 770-271-7566.

I Entered the Tattoo and Body Piercing industry in the mid year of 2011, following by a lengthy time at Killer Ink Tattoo I have remained loyal and true to my roots and foundation from where I started. I since then have been working to provide a comfortable, and professional environment to allow for the best piercing experience in Gwinnett County! I enjoy taking on unique piercing ideas and projects!
Looking into getting a piercing? I will ensure that any questions you have are answered before the piercing takes place, and see to it that you receive both written and verbal aftercare afterward. For the life of your piercing I strive to make you feel comfortable before and after the piercing. Also to make sure your piercing is healing proper and to answer any other questions that may arise! When asked about Killer Ink I say I loves my job, the environment and my co workers. It's my more like a family then a work environment.
I have piercing for Killer Ink since July of 2014 and have loved every minute of it! While from WA originally, I grew up in good ol' Loganville and proud Georgia is my home. Go DAWGS! 🙂 I am a loving wife to no one and a mother of 0, I do not enjoy long walks on the beach, hot weather or the sun in general. I love dark skies, rain and cold weather. I am currently in school studying to be a Sonographer at Gwinnett Tech and am a Netflix junkie and enjoy spending my time at home when not in school or at Killer Ink. My weekends involve meeting and helping all of Killer Ink's wonderful customers , and being made fun of by our wonderful artists! ( If they tell you I'm from Wabasha , know that i am not! Haha)
In reality, I am always looking for a good laugh, Loud, and lack any shame i should probably have, and will more than likely make fun of myself at least once during your visit. As a severe caffeine addict you will rarely find me without some form or another near me. Most importantly I love what I do and the people I work with! Come by and let me Stab you soon!
As a person that has pierced here at Killer Ink Tattoo for over 15 years I can honestly say that this is my home! I love what I do and the freedom that it allows me to have with my wonderful family outside of work. Over the years the industry has changed and we have grown with it! It has been an exciting and interesting ride. I love piercing and specialize in all piercings we offer here. The shop is a great place, super clean and inviting! The artist I work with here are very diverse and are always keeping me on my toes and laughing. I leave work happy and I'm always glad to return to the ever growing adventure. My goal everyday is to make sure that every person that walks through our door feels welcomed and appreciated. We here at Killer Ink always do our very best and I look forward to seeing you soon!
Hey! My name is Carly and I'm an experienced piercer here at KIller Ink. I grew up in New york and moved to Georgia with my family when I was 13 and have been here ever since. I accidentally discovered my love for piercing when I applied for a receptionist job and couldn't be happier. Working in such a creative environment is inspiring & I love the wide range of people I get to meet and work with. Not to mention I get to come to work every day and just be my oddball self! I enjoy seeing people leave happy and a lot of times with a new found confidence because of something cool I did to their body that makes them feel beautiful. I'm always looking to try something new, so weather you're getting your ears pierced for the first time or looking to try something new and crazy... I'm your girl, come see me!!!
